      1. This reservation page is for one approved class title only. The class may be offered as a single session, a recurring class, or a multi-session series.

      3. If you are booking a recurring class or multi-session series, update the product quantity to match the number of class sessions being reserved. The reservation fee is $22 per class session.

      Classroom Reservation Acknowledgement

      By submitting this payment, I acknowledge that I am reserving classroom space at South Lake Art League and that a date/time will be confirmed. I understand that the classroom rental fee of $22 covers up to three (3) hours of facility use, including setup, instruction, and cleanup.

      I understand that any time beyond the reserved three-hour period will be billed at $10 per hour, or any portion thereof, and charged to the credit card authorization on file.

      I understand that payment is required to confirm my reservation and that classroom reservations are subject to availability and the terms of the current South Lake Art League Instructor Use Agreement.

      I acknowledge that cancellations made fewer than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or credit, except as provided in the Instructor Use Agreement.
