Abigail Smith is an artist, art educator, and founder of Authentically Abigail, a Central Florida creative business centered on artistic exploration, education, and community connection.
Her multidisciplinary work spans painting, mural art, crochet, fluid and textured art, handmade pieces, and a continually evolving range of creative mediums. Guided by curiosity and a willingness to experiment, she enjoys exploring new techniques and materials while allowing each project to develop organically.
As an art educator, she leads hands-on classes, workshops, and creative experiences for both children and adults. Her approachable teaching style is designed to make art accessible and enjoyable for participants of all experience levels, encouraging them to try new techniques, build confidence, and discover their own creative interests.
Community is an important part of her work. Through local markets, events, mural projects, classes, and other collaborative opportunities, she enjoys bringing people together through shared creative experiences. Creating welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can learn, exchange ideas, and form meaningful connections is central to the mission of Authentically Abigail.
Rather than defining her work by a single medium or recognizable style, she embraces the freedom to explore. One project may begin with a paintbrush, another with a crochet hook, while the next may introduce an entirely new material or process. This versatility reflects a belief that creativity is strengthened by curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to continue learning.
Through her artwork, teaching, murals, and handmade creations, she seeks to inspire others to explore their own ideas and experience the satisfaction of creating something themselves.
At its heart, Authentically Abigail represents creativity, curiosity, and connection—a place to create, teach, learn, experiment, and engage with the community through art.
