GENERAL INFORMATION
The South Lake Art League meets the first Saturday of the month from September
to May at 1:00 p.m. at the South Lake Art
Lreague Gallery, 776 W. Montrose Street in historic downtown Clermont, Florida. The SLAL was founded in 1966. SLAL Fiscal Year: June 1 thru May 31. There
are two membership shows each year, fall and spring. There
is a Photography only show each year open to Lake County residents. Each meeting has some kind of art related demonstration. Classes and workshops are organized as members interests dictate. There is a Poetry Guild as well that meets at the gallery the first Thursday of each month
at 10:00 a.m.

THE OBJECTIVES
OF THE SOUTH LAKE ART LEAGUE To encourage and promote all forms of art and its appreciation throughout the
South Lake County area. To bring together and encourage people that are interested in the Arts. To cooperate with other organizations having similar ideals and purposes.
To further the opportunities for participation in classes, workshops and shows To support the Arts within the greater Clermont and South Lake County area.
